Good mattress, minor shipping delay

I bought the Colchón Luuna Blue and it's been a solid improvement for my sleep. The comfort level is definitely there; it's supportive without being too hard. The price felt fair for the quality. My main issue was with the delivery; it took a day longer than the estimated window, which was a little inconvenient as I had to reschedule. Customer service was polite when I called about the delay, but couldn't really speed things up. Overall, I'm happy with the mattress, just wish shipping was a bit more precise.

Dependable mattress, good service

I bought another Colchón Luuna Original last month for the guest room, and it was just as good as the one I got a few years back. Shipping was fast again, arrived two days earlier than the tracking said, which was nice. I appreciate that consistency; it's why I keep coming back for bedding stuff.

Consistent quality, reliable service

This was my third purchase from Luuna, this time I got the Almohada Luuna Adjustable and Sábanas de Bambú. I've been a customer since I bought my Colchón Luuna Original two years ago. Every order has been consistent in terms of product quality and delivery. The pillow is great, I adjusted it easily, and the sheets feel really soft, just like the ones I bought before. They always deliver on time, and the products always match the descriptions. It's why I keep coming back; I know what to expect and they always deliver.

Got a new pillow, super comfy

I grabbed an Almohada Luuna Down Alternative and it's been awesome. My old pillow was so flat, this one is fluffy but still gives good support. It just feels really nice to sleep on. The whole process was smooth, didn't have any problems ordering or getting it delivered. Definitely a good buy if you're looking for a comfy pillow.

Comfortable mattress, delivery could improve

I ordered the Colchón Luuna Blue and it's been really comfortable. The mattress itself is great, exactly what I expected from the description on the website. Setup was easy once it was out of the box. My only minor gripe was with the delivery window; it was a bit broad, and I had to rearrange my schedule a little to make sure someone was home. Customer service was responsive when I called with a question about tracking, so that was good. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase, just wish they could narrow down the delivery times a bit more.

Good value on bedding

I was looking for some new bedding and Luuna had a good sale going. I got the Sábanas de Bambú and an Almohada Luuna Down Alternative. The discount was pretty solid, made it feel like a real deal. It was my first time ordering from them, and honestly, the quality for what I paid felt worth it. Shipping was free too, which always helps with the total.

Comfortable sheets, fast delivery

Got the Sábanas de Algodón. They're soft and fit well. Delivery was quick. Happy with the purchase.

Great mattress, quick setup

I ordered the Colchón Luuna Original last month. The ordering process on their site was pretty straightforward, no hitches. Delivery was surprisingly fast; it arrived two days earlier than the tracking said it would. The box was a bit heavy, but I managed to get it inside. Unboxing and setting up the mattress was simple, it expanded fully within a few hours. The quality feels really good, much firmer than my old spring mattress but still comfortable. I haven't had to contact support, so I can't speak to that, but the product itself met my expectations. It's been helping me sleep better.
